What to Watch Next

Three milestones will define the run-up to launch. First, Dunearn House — the neighbouring first plot — launches ahead of Dunearn Green and sets the precinct’s opening price benchmark; its take-up and psf levels are the single best predictor of what follows. Second, the developer’s official project confirmation: name, unit mix, floor plans and the e-brochure. Third, the preview and booking dates themselves, expected by market observers in 2027. Each will be logged here the day it lands — and reach registrants first.
