Dunearn Green Location

The Dunearn Green site fronts Dunearn Road within the Swiss Club subzone of Bukit Timah, District 11 — directly across from the Sixth Avenue landed-and-condo enclave and at the leading edge of the new Bukit Timah Turf City estate. It is a Core Central Region address with an unusual twist: it belongs simultaneously to one of Singapore’s most established neighbourhoods and one of its newest.

Getting Around from Dunearn Green

Sixth Avenue MRT (DT7) is about 630m away — a direct Downtown Line run through King Albert Park, Botanic Gardens, Newton, Little India and Bugis into the CBD, no transfers needed. King Albert Park station (DT6) sits at the other end of the same stretch of Bukit Timah Road, and the nearest bus stop is roughly 80m from the site.

The bigger transport story is ahead: the announced Turf City station on the Cross Island Line, targeted around 2032, is planned within the estate itself. CRL Phase 2 links Turf City towards Clementi, West Coast and the Jurong Lake District one way and, via the full line, across the island the other. When it opens, this neighbourhood becomes a genuine two-line address — historically one of the strongest long-term value drivers in Singapore residential property.

Drivers are equally well served. Dunearn Road and Bukit Timah Road run straight towards Newton and Orchard, while the PIE and BKE are minutes away. URA has also announced road improvements along Dunearn Road, Bukit Timah Road and Eng Neo Avenue as the Turf City estate develops.

The Neighbourhood Around Dunearn Green

South across Dunearn Road lies the Sixth Avenue enclave — shophouse cafes, neighbourhood dining and a settled residential character. North is the future Turf City estate: conserved grandstands, planned parks and community amenities, and eventually up to about 15,000 to 20,000 new homes phased over two to three decades. Everyday needs are covered on the amenities page; the education story — Methodist Girls’ School around 1km, the wider Bukit Timah schools belt beyond — is covered there too.
