Dunearn Green is the working name of the upcoming residential development on the second Dunearn Road Government Land Sales plot in the Bukit Timah Turf City estate. Awarded on 4 May 2026 to a joint venture of Wing Tai Holdings and Metro Holdings, the site will be developed into approximately 330 homes with ground-floor commercial space — one of the first private projects in a precinct planned to grow into a major new central-region housing estate.
The tender closed on 28 April 2026 with six bids — a healthy field for a Core Central Region site of this size. The Wing Tai–Metro bid of $533 million came in about 3.1% above the second-highest offer from the Frasers Property, CSC Land and Sekisui House consortium, and roughly 15% above the $1,410 psf ppr paid for the adjacent first plot in June 2025. That premium reflects both the tighter bid spread — a sign of market consensus on value — and rising confidence in the Turf City precinct after strong Core Central Region launches through 2025 and 2026.
The developers have said they intend to create a landmark development integrated with the precinct’s future masterplan — read the background on the developer page, and see how the address works day-to-day on the location and amenities pages.
The confirmed name, unit mix, floor plans, site plan and price guide will be released progressively as the launch approaches. Everything published here is updated as official material lands — or skip the waiting and register for the showflat preview to receive each release directly.
